Staying Mindful in Your Divorce

While it is important to focus on the divorce process as you are going though it, there is a line in this article that isn’t often discussed which captures the positivity of the process as you begin living your separate, independent life.  “[G]etting back to who you were is a reminder of who you are at your core.”   There is a comfort in remembering and welcoming back the person you know you were before your marriage.  Now you are wiser and you will incorporate the lessons learned, but taking time to enjoy who you are with some added peace is a positive step in the healing process.
